In Delhi, Daksh has manifested its commitment to education and skill development through the establishment of innovative centers that transcend traditional vocational training to women empowerment center.

Our Training Facilities

In the bustling locality of Bharat Nagar, the organization has meticulously set up a training facility that offers a myriad of programs. This center, equipped with modern amenities, provides facilities towards:

• Competitive exam preparation
• Computer skills
• Beauty and makeup
• Tailoring

These cater specifically to women, including those with mental disabilities and differently abled females. Over 250 girls receive training in shifts at no cost, ensuring accessibility to quality education and the empowerment of women in underdeveloped but urban areas.

Menstrual Hygiene Initiative

Daksh embarked on a significant women empowerment venture in 2020, addressing the sensitive issue of menstrual hygiene by equipping women in slums to produce sanitary pads, with bestowing technical expertise and financial backup.

This initiative served dual purposes: it provided essential hygiene products to those in need and created a sustainable economic system avoiding various cancerous disease. Women produced the pads, which Daksh then purchased and distributed for free. This approach not only promoted hygiene but also empowered women economically, helping to dismantle longstanding cultural stigmas and advance female health empowerment in the country.
